We’re thrilled to announce that Felicity Atherton is joining the fast-growing Zwings family as our new Customer Support Manager. Fliss arrived at Zwings having previously worked in the micro-mobility industry, setting up their external customer support teams.
At Zwings, Fliss aims to deliver exceptional and personalised customer support, cementing amazing relationships between Zwings and our riders. She wants Zwings to be set up for long-term success with a service that is rapid and helpful, while remaining personal, as we strive to continuously improve our customer support and product.
