Zwings can now announce that we have on boarded a power house team of 3 new Non Executive Directors. Introducing Allan Andrews, Ali Gueye Neveu and Stephanie Rivet. The NEDs have joined the company at an exciting time as we continue our mission to deliver hyper localised micro-mobility services to communities across the UK and soon internationally.
I have enjoyed having the opportunity to get to know Stephanie, Allan and Ali in recent weeks. Each respective individual brings a wealth of highly translatable experience from relevant sectors to further electrify Zwings growth. What I admire most from our regular discussions is their clear recognition of the benefits micro-mobility offers cities and their belief in our company’s growth trajectory.

So, let us get to know our new Non Executive Directors:
Allan Andrews is a Senior City Councillor in Coventry and is the Senior Adviser to the Mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street CBE, having previously worked in public affairs in the private sector. He advises the Mayor on a number of policy areas including transport. Authorities across the UK look to WMCA’s strategy to draw insight to bring transport solutions to their towns and cities. Allan is making introductions for Zwings and provides critical insight into how we can most effectively tailor our service to meet the needs of city communities.
I am delighted to have joined Zwings at an exciting time on their journey. We know that mobility services are delivered best when there is a strong and close partnership with local authorities and local communities, and I look forward to helping to expand our services across the country.

We are also happy to welcome Ali Gueye Neveu, who has been helpful in constructively building Zwings operational strategy and financial model. Ali spent 4 years at Google in EMEA operations followed by a year at Uber. He then joined American e-scooter operator: Scoot and rose through the ranks to reach General Manager for the US. After which he worked with Scoot’s acquirer, Bird, to scale their operations before joining some of the UK’s fastest growing start ups, TheUp.co and Monzo as Head of Ops Strategy.
I am incredibly excited to be joining the Zwings family as Non Executive Director. The team is on track to establish itself as one of the major european operators and I have been thoroughly impressed with its ability to work with cities and win permits domestically, where many big players have failed to do so. I am hoping to bring some of my industry experience when it comes to operational excellence and efficiency to this fantastic group of mobility specialists.
Ali Gueye Neveu, Zwings Non Executive Director
Stephanie Rivet is a passionate Senior Executive with extensive experience in the smart mobility sector on a global scale. Having led innovative growth strategies in pressurised environments, in both corporates and start-ups, she quickly saw the revenue growth opportunities for Zwings. Her deep enthusiasm for market disruption shines through. Throughout her career, she has developed a large spectrum of skills. Prior to becoming an independent advisor to the private and public sector, she was Director of Revenue & Strategy at Virgin Trains, Chief Digital Officer at Stagecoach Group and Chief Operating Officer at Zeelo.
Mobility and Sustainability are very close to my heart. At a time when innovation, agility and technology will play a vital role in the growth and recovery of many towns and cities across the UK, I am delighted to help write the next chapter for Zwings.
My mission is to steer the growth of Zwings, complement local transport systems, eliminate carbon, and spread prosperity within the communities. I have been very impressed by the calibre and the potential of the Zwings crew as well as their extremely successful engagements within the local ecosystems.
