We are excited to announce that following a lot of hard work, Zwings is now launching an updated mobile app. Why, you might reasonably ask, did we do a thing like that? The answer is simple! At Zwings, we are aiming to achieve operational excellence and an unparalleled customer experience. Our new app, with it’s cutting-edge design and host of exciting new features, delivers this in spades, allowing for a seamless electric scooter rental experience, from finding and hiring a vehicle, to riding and parking it.
Before you ask – don’t worry! – any existing credits will be transferred over to your new account.
How to make sure you are using a new app?
For existing Zwings riders with Apple devices
If you are an existing rider and use an Apple device, simply update your app. You have received an email with a link to change your password, please click this link to login and follow the instructions provided. For login, please use the same email you had for the previous version of the Zwings app.
For existing Zwings riders with Android devices
Please follow these simple steps to install the new Zwings app:
1. Open the Google Play store on your phone.
2. Type Zwings E-scooter Sharing in the search bar to find our updated app (with a new icon).
3. Tap the Install button.
4. You have received an email with a link to change your password, please click this link to login and follow the instructions provided. For login, please use the same email you had for the previous version of the Zwings app. If you have not received this email, please check your Spam folder or get in touch with our customer service team via support@zwings.co.uk.
